We completely tear out and dispose of all old carpet, tack strips, carpet padding, and base boards. We scrape the floor clean of glue and stuck padding. We sweep and vaccume the floor to ensure no loose nails or particles grind under your new floor. When we are finished, we take all old materials to the dump for you.
	We hand deliver all the Materials. The flooring is the hy-brid Laminate that is half inch thick with an aluminum oxide finish. It weighs 2,200lbs per 900 square feet. The Padding is our Aerospace dense foam soundproof padding (increases your homes efficiency). All base boards and transitions are included in this package and are hand delivered.
We move any heavy furniture (any furniture two people can carry) All small stuff such as pictures and decorations we ask you to move prior to installing. Upon completion we will put the furniture back wherever you would like.
	We install your new floor on an upgraded black Aerospace Padding (comes with thermal,sound,and vapor barrier) it cuts down the sound and cold like no other padding will do. It saves you hundreds a year on heating and cooling cost. We take our time to offset the joints to keep a pattern from forming (if you keep re-using the cut piece you will have a stair or half pattern that looks engineered and then it will change when you get to another room) We also carefully check each board to make sure no dents, scratches, defects, or chips are in the boards.
When we start your base boards we carefully deliver them the full length 16 feet (many companies cut the boards in half due to their extreme length and leave you with lots of splices half way down your walls). We set up drop clothes in a large still area and carefully paint them with a paint sprayer and use ultra pure hi-gloss white paint. We cut them to size and strategically nail the base. After this we carefully culk all corners, gaps, and nail holes. We finish with touch up paint on all corners and nail holes which make your base boards POP and compliment your new floor. Base boards come 4" but you can upgrade to 5" or 6" if you desire. We pay attention to detail like no other.
	We purchase and install all your transitions. Wether its tile, carpet, or wood. We carefully cut the wood to give the transition the proper space. We cut the transitions to size and strategically glue (we use the most expensive glue on the market) the transitions every 4inches. We follow this process with weights to hold down the transition until the glue dries 12-24 hours. After transitions are installed we will carefully move your furniture back to your desired location. This would be a good time to change your layout.
